Anything between 7 & 11 is normal. It depends on a lot of things like stress at school, or home etc. As a teenager her body is still developing as well which needs a lot of sleep.

It all depends. If she's healthy and gets enough sleep, it should be between 8-10. If she's ill, depressed, or is catching up on sleep it could be over 12.
