Thank you for the information. I choose many years ago not to eat fast food,
it is not a healthy choice; although many of the companies are working to make it better.

I am not saying that I never eat it, I have eaten it on occasion, and then wonder why I do not feel well later in the day. It doesn't take to much figuring for me to realize that I have injested too much fat and chemicals.

I try not to consume any foods with additives I cannot pronounce or would need a chemistry degree to understand.

Yes, it's totally amazing what things are in "foods" these days. That's why most of us have gone back to try living as close to the land as possible, with veggies and meats from our local farmer's markets, organic of course. It's amazing how many people just don't make that extra step!

Whole foods are certainly healthier. Personally, I do eat too much packaged food but never from McDo!
