I would suggest that condoms always be used and if you want the marriage to continue that both of you go to individual counseling as well as marital counseling.
Some people cheat repeatedly because it gives them a "rush". It's a high. They need to find something else that makes them feel good. Of course, that doesn't mean I'm saying it's right but wanted you to be aware that people get addicted to adrenaline rushes and sneaking around and the chance of getting caught gives one an incredible "rush." Much like drugs.

Make him go to your county health dept and suffer the humiliation...he screwed around and he wants to work it out? Well if he does tell him he can start by doing this...you shouldnt have to be embarrassed by it. If she will sleep with a married man, she owuld probably sleep with the neighbors dog if given the chance...its quite possible she does have something.

I think you should leave this woman forever.
She will keep cheating on you and you will have more Dr. appointments.
The problem is that cheating does not affect you physically only, but it destroys you from the inside out.

Make him go and take the STD tests right along with you. I hear it's painful for men and it would serve him right. Let him get a q-tip shoved up his pee hole and see if he likes it enough to cheap again. OUCH!

You need to leave him, it isn't just the "ho's" fault. He is still cheating. If he didn't want sex from other places, he wouldn't go looking.

id go..my EX husband cheated on me while i was pregnant and i didnt know it until the docs office called to tell me I HAD something...luckily it was something cureable with meds
