it is hard to completely remove all files. When you delete a file off any memory, you dont actually delete the file, but the file path or link to it.

So unless that part of memory is re-used by the computer or phone, the actual data still exist.

Defragmenting several times erases quite alot of data, but you could re-format a memory chip, but you wont be able to do any of this for your phones internal memory.

As the above says, all your phone stuff sent or received, text, voice and data is logged. This include who from, to, when, how long, what was said and even where you were when you sent it.

Most crims, use pay as you go, as they are not traceable to a person name, contract ones you are linked to the phone.

There is no escape and nor should there be if you have done something wrong.

When you send something - like a pic or video or text it is sent through the service providers website, then sent on to the no you dialled. Therefore you can never completely delete it.
Big brother is always watching so you should never do anything that may get you into trouble by phone, or computer!

if you've been sent something, sorry, it's gone through your service provider and they can check logs, nothing you can do about them.

if you've just put something on your phone from the pc.. then you can't just "delete" the information, only the link to it, the data will remain there recoverable by data recovery experts as all hardrives work ( no, even reformatting will not remove data completley beyond recovery)

my advice? dont use/do anything that will get you in trouble in the first place.

you cant delete the files completely when you delete anything it stays in the memory on the sim card all you have done is to ask your phone not to read the info
best way is to replace the sim card and destroy the old one

like every thing it has to go some where so there will be traces of the info left on your mobile. you would not be able to wipe it completey with out destroying the phone...

if you have somethbing to hide there is no use hiding it as your operator will be contacted on behalf of the police
