I have never had much luck with those types of sites. I find the good ol' fashion way of searching for employment works the best. I've tried Monster and Hotjobs... and more, and I never got a response (worth pursuing). But when I got out there and started hitting the pavement the job offers came rolling in. I recommend searching the sites for available positions and then go directly to them with your resume in hand. Skip the middle man and make an impression. * GOOD LUCK!

I have tried those sites, and regretted it. The only responses were from con artists with get rich schemes and pyramid schemes.

You are also at more risk of someone trying to steal your identity, because you are giving out a lot of information about yourself that is going to float around the Internet *permanently*.
