It's possible that fibroids can prevent pregnancy from occurring, but this is something your doctor would need to determine after an exam and testing. Some women it is very possible to get pregnant despite fibroids, and have a healthy pregnancy. For women who wish to have children, a procedure called a myomectomy is usually done. yes but it doesn't mean it will be impossible to get pregnant (depending on how bad the fibroids are). I'd still keep trying until a doc says you can't. The big risk is that the egg may not implant correctly in the uterus or else the placenta and there are complications that can result with this. You should talk to your gyn before trying again if I were you to get all the facts.

It will not affect you falling pregnant, but depending on the type, position and size it may affect the pregnancy as the foetus enlarges. You need to discus with your gynaecologist if surgery is needed before you contemplate a further pregnancy.
