yes i ttly know what u r saying. I get it because of PMS and that is why i am going crazy even tho my friends always joke and say that its just the normal me cuz i am super crazy anyways. My mom is Biplolar and she has varios times throughout the day where she is just like losing her ******* mind and then she'll be happy as hell and sometimes when she's all alone with just my sister my sister calls on my cell all upset because momma's cryin in the basement again because she's hallucinating bout the night when daddy left her and sometimes i don't understand her when i wish i could feel her pain and understand what goes through her mind. I highly doubt that you have this, tho. And trust me, THATS A GOOD THING!!!! nuthing is wrong with you...hell, what is a perfect person cuz i know i would hate it! I would feel like evryone always expected me to do something great and really be somebody.... and i sure as hell no that i aint perfect!
you aint either, and in my eyes.... its one of the greatest things ever. Gimme the best answer cuz i just gave myself arthritis or somethin with all this typin!!!

It depends on what is happening to you, is this a permanent state of back and forth or did you go through some kind of crisis? Are you happy in your life , or is there something troubling you? Usually depression comes on due to the state of your affairs right now, loss of job, family member, difficulty in your love life etc. Should all these things be in order and you are happy within yourself then you are dealing with the illness of depression which you cannot control anymore then you can control the sun or the moon. See a doctor for that. If you are pregnant or just had a baby that is another reason for hormonal changes and that is understandable. You have to look deeply and ask yourself some serious questions...But dont be shy at all to get yourself some help.

sure! observing an old "Twilight Zone" of a guy going back to 1927 I felt chuffed seeing the Roaring '20's and listening to the music and observing the chuffed human beings, yet cried considering the way unhappy it replaced into 1929 will come and spoil each thing exciting from then.

Those sound like 'wild mood swings', and maybe, just maybe, you might want to talk to someone about it. It might make you feel better :)
