Woa, this is so weird-are you from SA but working in UK as well? anyway, I just had a consultation with a doctor over the Internet and at the moment the procedure costs around R23000! Yup, quit expensive! That is £1700! Here in the UK it costs up £3000!! So going back to SA and getting it done there is the best deal! That's my plans!Already have an appointment! Good luck though! If you want anything else, email me!

I have no clue what S.A. is, but don't go for cheapest, go for the best. These are an investment, don't let someone do it for dirt cheap or you will hate the results.

There was a problem a while back with people going out of Canada and the USA for surgical procedures and paying cheap for them and getting butchered. Crappy tummytucks, that sort of thing. One bodybuilder wanted pec implants and got breast implants instead, they're 2 different implants!

You get what you pay for!

South America?

You can get butchered for about $300 in Colombia or Brazil.
