You will need to use an alternative type of birth control until your periods are back on a normal cycle.BCP's are hormones, when you stop them suddenly, you will start your period sooner.Talk with your MD,perhaps you need a lower dosage, many women have some problems, but they usually resolve after 1 or 2 cycles. Take care. SW RNP

Yeah, the Pill can make you sick to your stomach for the first 2 or 3 packs. It goes away after that. There are other methods to try if you can't deal with the nausea.

And yes, when you stop taking them abruptly you will bleed.

Its definately normal. Because you stopped taking your pill you body thinks it is time for your period, which might be a little shorter or lighter than normal.

If you birth control is making you sick, you should definately speak to your doctor about switching you to something else.

yes, it's normal. You dropped down your hormone levels quicky which causes breakthrough bleeding. Basically your hormone level of the pill was probably too high for you making you "sick". You should go back to the MD and get a different type with less hormone in it.

The pills help control your flow and help regulate it. If you quit taking them then you told your body it was time, if the pills were making you sick contact your doctor so that they can change the ones your on.

Yes that is normal because you stopped taking the pill. If it made you sick you should have called the doc and asked his advice instead of just stopping it. Since you did quit taking it please call your doc and update him so he can put this info on your medical records.
