joe bidden said, "he is brilliant, articulate, clean, and good looking." it made me think how many blacks are dirty...or apparently joe biden must be a moron.

Some people have something called Charisma. Ronald Reagan had it. Bill Clinton has it. Barack Obama has it.
Winston Churchill, Adolf Hitler, Alexander the Great and many others had it.
Charisma is a trait that makes people at ease and comfortable in a room with these people. People with charisma can say the sky is pink with purple polka dots and have thousands of people believing it completely even though they see that the sky is, indeed not pink with purple polka dots.
Charismatic leaders are generally very successful or seem so.

He is very charismatic and a great speaker. He preaches unity in govt., which is something I think everyone wants. I think he is the best politician I have seen in my lifetime. I don't know if he has enough experience to be President this time around, but am sure he will be eventually. He has worked with Republicans on legislation, which is unusual in Wahington to say the least.

Probably the same things that cause Bush to be hated in the rest of the World. For the Cristian's of the World this a no win issue. There are are Billions of Muslims. We talk of peace but we are the war mongers of the world. Not only do we have the largest capability to build weapons, we will sell them to anybody who has the money to buy them. You figure out who is peaceful and who is destructive.

In my view, he has a charisma that has not been seen in a political candidate since JFK. Clinton had a touch of it, but I think that Obama demonstrates it very well. His communication style is clear and open, and gives people the impression that he is honest and believable. We'll have to see if that makes a difference, though, when it comes down to bigger issues....

He is basically an unknown quantity, so people haven't had the chance to get to know him and dislike him yet. The others have been around a long time. "Familiarity breeds contempt".

I have no idea. I guess all it takes is to be a good speaker. Hell we could have gone over to Toastmasters and picked one up cheap instead of paying them all that we do the President. No elections, no nothing. Just a speechwriter and a puppet master and we are good to go.

Some very gullible people like him. He is just as dangerous and scary as Hillary. As to what he says, remember"no matter how thin you slice it--it is still baloney".
