I am creating an application in Word with form fields. When I convert it to a PDF file the form fields disappear. What do I need to do so people will be able to fill out the application online? Can I get form fields to work in the PDF file?
I have Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard and also PDF Converter Professional.

For on-line forms, Adobe PDF's can't do this. Or at least I've never heard of this being done.
To set-up an on-line form you need to structure it in an HTML document and find a script or the HTML/Java necessary to make it active.

its too difficult
try online polling or voting system..... there are hell lot of those things...
or simply set up a guestbook @ smartgb.com ...
