Yes I have, I received over £1200. It is a long process, but defintely worth doing the banks are in the wrong by charging the silly amounts they do. If you haven't done so already check out www.bankactiongroup.com, all the info. and advice you need to process your claim is there, you will also find template letters, and a lot of friend people willing to help if you need it. (all they ask in return is a donation of 5% when you win your charges back).

I made a deposit in an ATM, which was promptly lost. Because of this, 6 checks bounced and I was charged over $100 in fees.
As I kept my receipt, the bank found the deposit, wrote letters to each business which had a bad check and refunded all fees.

I'm still trying to get copies of the last 6 years of bank statements out of my bank! They keep pretending I haven't even asked for them. Might have to send a solicitors letter and this is just the beginning.

I have not as i have never been overdrawn but two friends have... One got back just over £500, the other got nearly £2000. Some girl who works down my local pub has apparently got back £6000 but ive not spoke to her yet but will do.
