it amuses me actually... and once the minute you want to have fun, and do it back to them, they freak out about how annoying it is that I keep questioning them... and all i have to say then is "welcome to my world!"

Of course, I think we all do. I would ask that person what is bothering them about my stance on an issue.

Yeah, but I use it as an opportunity to fine tune my explanation and defense of my position.

If people disagree with you a lot either you need to think through your position more fully (always a good idea anyway) or you're saying something very new and they need time to digest it.

And of course some people will disagree just to disagree.

Yes, I do. I think people continue to question about an issue because they want you to break down and agree with them.

Sometimes it's good so you can really consider and study what you believe and prayerfully have stronger faith. Like when people challenge me on my belief of Jesus Christ and what He calls us to do as His kids.
