Plenty of food vs. plenty of guns? I'm deciding on whcih neighborhood to move to, one has a national guard armory and the other just has grocery stores.

National Guard Armory, because that will have weapons to defend from the zombies and it will have cots for sleeping and M.R.Es, crude meals, to eat.

I'd barricade myself in a grocery store in a shady area of town. That way I know the owner must have at least one gun hidden away somewhere.

Probably a grocery store. If zombies are already dead, then guns won't kill them. Eventually you'll run out of bullets anyway.
