is there anyone who finds this show informative or entertaining? when i have occasionally tuned in all i see are put downs, catfights, boot licking, unchecked egos and shameless self promotion.

I sure wish they would put a better show on, in their spot.

We live in a time when the intelligentsia of the nation believes that you have to pretend that you care about obscure issues and if you don't then you are not one of the golden ones. Rosie O'Donnel is an uneducated (high school dropout) bully who pushes her way through the wimpy liberal media and gets people like Barbara Walters crapping in her pants that if she says no to her then Baba won't be cool anymore. Rosie has ridden every thing she has done into the ground like a lawn dart and ironicallly, Baba who has always been a lightweight in the news world is going to be taken out by some of the trash she brought in with her. Amen to that. The View is most bizarre show on television.

The view in it's original lineup was more balanced and entertaining.
It takes itself way too seriously now and the participants are far too confrontational and controversial.
This is morning TV for goodness sake! Why all the hate?

i wish they would take that show off besides who wants to see a bunch of women sat around on tv and tell the rest of the world how and when and where to do it or go to this place or that place and bragged about what they've done in their life that show is so boring i give a rating of a zero.

This is true but when i watch this I think of things in a different way and it's better than watching the news.

i luv the view! they always have informative issue on the show. the most recent to stick in my mind was the show on autism. they had toni braxton on who had just found out her son has it. the cat fights are entertaining and they all have their on...excuse the pun, view. just like we do here. if you don't like it, don't watch it, is all i can advise.

I agree. I can't watch it...I've tried because I actually used to like Rosie O'Donnell......but it just annoys the hell out of me.
