My ipod?? please help!?

I was playing my ipod and I was clicked on a song and my ipod got stuck between the screens(half the screen in the animal I have become and half is the list of there songs!) its frozen and none of the buttons work how do I fix this??

As above but hold it for longer, more like 30 seconds.

press and hold the menu button together with the centre button at the same time for about 8 seconds. that should reset your iPod
