An inch = 2.54cm.

3" x 4 sides of a rectangle = 12" added to the perimeter.

12*2.54 = 30.48cm.

So, the perimeter has increased by 30.48cm, and is now 158.48cm.

P=128cm
convert it to inches is:
128/2.54
= 50.39 inches

New perimeter of the rectangle will be:
= 50.39 + 3(4)
= 62.39 inches or 158.47 cms. ...............ans.
