It's a bunch of crap. There's no information to support the thought. By the way, the mythbuster show tested all the pyramid myths -- preserve fruit, sharpen razor blades etc. and none of them were true.

It's a myth that somebody probably invented to increase the tourist trade or to sell toy pyramids to suckers. If you eat food, your body will take the chemical energy out of the food and make it useful to you while you are working. But how does standing on top of a pyramid do anything similar? Do you get hit with a lightning bolt and, shazam, turn into supergirl, or what?

Total myth. There is no physical mechanism for that to happen. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be transferred from one object to another (hit a ball, you give the ball energy) or transformed from one type to another (eat food, your body turns the food calories into energy to live). How could a pyramid give you energy? Where would it get the energy from? It's impossible.

It's an "oogy-boogy" myth, as Adam Savage put it on Mythbusters.

You might, but only if you were eating something at the time, preferably something sugary to get a quick rush

If it was true all the Arabs would flock to that joint in the spring.
