Do you mean "Why are some people upset with religion? I mean 'why are they talking about Hindus or Muslims'; I want to know why?" (That's as close as I can get to English and still retain your sentence.)
Some people believe that all Muslims are like the radical sects of Islam. They think it is a religion of terror. I've not seen that sentiment directed toward Hindus. Still, many Christians believe Hinduism to be a Pagan religion, and, technically, it is, as it has many Gods. Most don't regard it with fear though.

Im suprised you cannot spell religion especially as this is used so widely in this category. Anyway i dont understand the rest. Sorry!!!!
