i'm having an ongoing debate with my fiance about when we should get married. i think that it would be completely reasonable to get married within the next 2 years, but he thinks that that timeline is completely out of the question because of financial reasons. we've already been engaged for a year, and we're living together with our daughters, getting a mortgage together and everything. we also want to have a son, but that's not going to happen until after we get married, but i have informed him that once i turn 30, i will not be having any more children (health reasons), so that gives me about 5 years to get pregnant. his argument is that he wants to put everything on the back burner because he wants to go back to school to get a degree. i'm all for him getting an education, but he's only gone to college one semester, and it will take him at least 4 years to get the degree he wants, because he works full time. so if he does go back to school, then there's a strong possibility that i won't be able to have our son. it just pisses me off, because he was in such a big damn hurry to marry his ex wife, who turned out to be the worst wife ever (constantly cheating, compulsive liar), but heaven forbid he'd want to get the ball rolling on marrying the woman who's adored him since we were 13 years old.

so, yeah, i'm a little frustrated.

I haven't had intercourse in 16 months due to an injury my husband sustained in an accident, and no Viagra didn't help and neither did any of the other medicines. Surgery is not an option at this point either because he has constant pnemonia. I'm 26 and my husband is 25. I'll never have another child because i'm that dam*ed loyal. We have one child for which I am grateful but i'm seriously stressed out by the fact that I will be his full time caretaker for the rest of his life, will not get layed as long as he is alive and resent him for this, but also feel guilty for resenting him for something that isn't his fault. if/when he dies It will be the worst time of my life, and yet I know I will feel some relief, but that's guilt for another day and not for today. I know he would help if he could, he would love to be able to work, help around the house, care for himself and satisfy his wife. It sucks more for him than for me, but yes it sucks for me too.
