To buy you could check out eBay or something because there are usally compilation cds around and they usally have the tracklistings too. There are some like 'Now 199?' etc etc (I think even for the 80's lol). I like the compilation discs because they sort of round off the whole year and a lot of the songs are the good ones that were released so you get all of the memories from that time.
Other than eBay most big music stores sell cds from the late 90's too, you just have to look around really.

Try Amazon. com or do a Google search. Know the lyrics to a particular song? You can do a lyrics search.
