letting go of what you think matters most. you know, materials, friends, boy/girlfriend, weird isn't it?!
the dreams may evolve into you spitting them out into your hand or onto the ground. this dream is quite common and can be evaluated a number of different ways. the way the dreams have applied to me are personal, and i believe only you can truly say what it means. maybe you know you are more than materials and friends, yet are afraid to find out. when you become tired of being defined by a beautiful smile is when you will start spitting them out. eventually, when you, alone, define who you are; the dreams will cease altogether.
hope this helps, but only you can say what the dreams mean to you.

Yeah, I did, too.
I had just quit smoking... and that was great but my cavities weren't fixed yet, that's all.

The thing baout dream interpretation is that sometimes a cigar is just a cigar...
The question really is,
How did you feel? Where did you go after finding this out? What did you do?
Therein lies your answer!

It symbolizes losing something like a boyfriend / girlfriend / loved one, your teeth symbolize whatever you are losing. Your teeth in real life are fine.
