Adamantium. It is almost unbreakable. Kriptonite is light, easily broken, and is only useable against Kryptonians, unless you count on the fact that, since Kryptonium is a meteor, it should emit radiation which can kill humans as well. Go Kryptonite, if you finde the irradiated pieces that affect humans

Given that both are fictional, I will dump all reality aside and still try to maintain some sort of scientific anaysis.

Kryptonite, is a meteor rock made of material that was originally part of the planet Krypton. It's ability to radiate energy that is harmfull to Superman, along with possibly various colors, seems to be its only unique properties. Otherwise, it is just a rock from space.

Adamantium is a carefully measured mixture of resins, that, once melted, mixed and allowed to form, cannot be melted or broken by forces we would expect to melt or break any of the more common alloys of steel. Certainly, power exists to break Adamantium, but it is rare.

so compare a near indestructable mixture with a rock that just happens to be harmfull to superman. If I was to fight Superman, I'd rather have the Kryptonite rathe than an adamantium suit, but if it strength you are looking for, go with the Adamantium.

Hard to say...I'd think adamantium because I've seen Kryptonite break. Plus I prefer Marvel to DC.

FRom reading Superman in the 60's...I remember that kryptonite can be shattered, so it's brittle, heat vision has melted it and I believe its a mineral, not a metal
Adamantium is unbreakable and non-mallable once hardened...
I'd go with Adamantium

Adamantium, it is described as all but indestructible. Kryptonite is never really described as being harder than any other stone that I can recall.

I would say adamantium. Look at wolverine's skeleton and how much it has been through: broken, fire damage, etc; yet, it still is durable.
