Since you are so far a long, you are going to go into labor anyday now no matter what, but no the plug means nothing. You could have the baby today or 3 weeks from now. It just depends on if the baby is ready. I lost my plug at 34 weeks with my 1st and 6 weeks later had her :) G/L though and I hope you don't have to wait that long :)

The mucus plug can come out up to 2 weeks before labor begins. So it doesn't mean labor is going happen right away (though it could, of course), but it is at least a postitive sign that your body is making changes in preparation for labor.

You can be going into labor anyday. Mucous plug coming out has nothing to do with when you will go into labor, you may go before due date or even after. If you are still just 1 cm dialated around next week when you visit Dr, she may tell you that will go over the due date. But then again you can go into labor tonight, who knows???

Contractions are the main event in labor, with out contractions nothings going on. Now all you have to do is wait. Walking helps a lot at this point so walk as much as you can, it really gets things going.
You never really can say when labor will begin but if you start contracting make sure to time them or if your water breaks then head on to the hospital.

while you're having exertions contractions. you will comprehend have faith me,you will no longer would desire to wager. using fact they harm. exceedingly whilst they're genuine close jointly. yet,do understand that dropping your plug would not continuously recommend exertions is forthcoming. some women can lose their plug a week, even 2 weeks till now going into exertions. in case you call, and your contractions are close sufficient jointly. they'd ask you to return in,see how some distance dilated you're,video show contractions. basically be certain while you're certainly in exertions. if so likely, they're going to admit you--and get the ball rolling!
