toss up between Shadowcat & Nightcrawler--at least from the times of Excalibur and the X-Men issues that preceded it. Not so much the later issues, when he joined the priesthood & she became more bitter(?); I didn't mind the kickin' tail she did, but attitude shift bothered me. I blame the writers ("I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way")
I don't have a particular reason to like them--I just do! Their powers are cool; and Nightcrawler perhaps because of the way he buckled his swash to boot.

I think you mean "who." My favorite superhero would have to be Batman since he didn't have any powers. He had his character flaws that made him interesting because he could be killed like any other human being.
