Very ancient civilizations since there are remains of flushing toilets, both private and communal, from several ancient civilizations around the world, dating from 2600 BC onwards.

I don't have the slightest idea
but, I can tell you right now, it wouldn't be ME
there's something about the FLASH that I don't get
and I'm a little too much of a safety buff about putting MY bum on anything called a FLASH--- ANYTHING !!!!!!!
