her red blood cells are few and she fears having some sort of cancer. When her menstrual period comes she says she looses a lot of blood which brings her down and she fells weak and drowzy or sleepy and tired most of the time. She went to the doctor and this does not happen so often any more but she still feels weak some days so the posibility of being loosing a lot of blood in the menstrual period is not a reason for that. She needs to know. She thinks if she has more red blood cells she might get sort of cured. Is there any way in which one could increse red blood cells in the body??? would this be a reason? and if this happens would this be safe?

If she is anemic she needs iron supplements prescribed by the doc. Have her see the doc for a CBC blood test and if it shows she is anemic then the doc needs to give her prescription iron supplements or possibly a blood transfusion. If she has had this for a long time and the doc is not really treating it I would consider seeing a new doc as anemia is a serious condiiton.

Go to the drug store and get some iron pills.
That's what my doc told me to do.
