I would buy one of the classic car magazines like ' Practical Classics' ' Classic Cars'. There is always loads of adverts in the back for spares and you can email some for advice.
There is a very good Saab owners club.www.saabclub.co.uk.
They will have the sills for the 96. You may have to join but from personal experience, it is well worth it for the support and free information from other club members.
