With 10 systems.What legalities do I need to go through to run this business?What about License etc?

Rs. 5,00,000/- should be enough.
You need to register as a private limitted Company with the Govt. of Karnataka. And run like a business with filing of Income and Expense returns and pay income tax if running profitable.

you will require 3 lakh for 10 systems
and 2 lakh for furniture
50000 for broad band
and 50 000 for other expenses
