They are each playing you off against the other, trying to compete for your friendship. You don't need friends like these two. Turn the table back on them - tell them both to back off or find another friend. If one won't back off them tell him/her to hit the road. If neither will back off then it's time to ditch them both and make new friends.
You really don't need this problem right now. Life is difficult enough when you start High School.

the best thing you can do is not to get involved. two of my best friends also had a big problem with eachother and i would not touched it with a 9' long pole in terms of taking sides, all you can do is comfort them both. Be careful not to turn things against you and both of them will have a problem with you as well and neither of you will like eachother.

Like it or not they will continue to say things to you about the other.
Try taking a break from these people. Too much negativity and stress happening here. I couldn't enjoy being with someone constantly complaining about the other person.
Good luck.

You can't help how other people feel about each other the best you can do is explain to your friends that what they are saying about each other hurts you, and if they keep going then just stay our of it.

Have them fight slap eachother. Only open hands.
That should make them laugh at the end.
Leave them in a room together, they'll have to talk it out.
In the end, find out if they can get along for you. If they can't then let them hate eachother....
I think the slap fight would do it.

They do this to get your attention.tell them both one at a time that you no longer will be drug into their relationship and that while with you they are not to discuss each other not to even mention their name Put your boundaries up otherwise you will stay in the middle and that's no fun!

Seriously, let them hate eachother, just make it clear you won't pick favourites and that you like both. And that they can despise eachother without it having an impact on how you feel about either one.

Find a different friend all together. One that doesn't judge others and you have fun hanging out with.

tell them that the other person is your friend and what they are doing is not fair. If they are really your friends you shouldn't have to decide between them !
