Detach yourself from it. Sometimes you become so angry that anger becomes a part of you. You become anger. You are Anger. But you are not. It is just an emotion that traps you and makes you feel terrible - so look at it that way, as a separate entity from who you are. That way you will be able to control it, or get to know it from a more objective angle - whichever way you choose to.
Allow yourself to see the bright side of what happened that made you angry, or the beautiful side of the person that made you angry. Love is always therapeutic. Humour too. Being angry and holding a grudge gets you nowhere. And remember that whatever happens, even if it seems like the most horrible thing that could ever happen - it happens to make you a fuller person in the long run. We may not be able to see it now but it is true.

the easiest way to control anger is to acknowledge that you, indeed, do have control. anger is fine; when it becomes rage it creates a problem. i had a horrible temper for the first half of my life. the way i got over it was to allow myself anger, never rage. as soon as my blood starts to boil, i think. i think about what pissed me off and allow it to run through me without boundaries. anger is a chain reaction. when you realize how you react to it, you can head it off at that point where it changes into something other than anger. DO NOT SUPPRESS YOUR ANGER! express it, if only to yourself. don't be so hard on yourself; everyone gets angry. how you choose to deal with the emotion of anger speaks volumes of what kind of person you are and/or want to become.

Take time out and scream into your coat or a pillow so nobody can hear you. Keep screaming until you are Blue in the Face and Tired. After that, you can explain your problems with others because you have spent the useless part of your anger. It will clear the air of your hostility. Do it privately though. Then recover and solve your problems with your brain. Works for me.

I actual have(had) this subject too. at first im goign to think of you dont have some stable bonding with a million of your mum and dad? For me it became my dad i might desire to by no ability do something that overjoyed him and whilst i attempted he did no longer like it.
