I'm sitting here with my 18 year old little cousin who's here on Spring Break and the weather kinda sucks. We're bored until tonight. Any suggestions?

Where in Central Florida? If you are at or near Disney, go anyway! That is what they made the Mickey rain ponchos for isn't it? There are tons of indoor activities at the parks. Or, check out Downtown Disney.

If you are not there, I think a movie sounds pretty good.

I was in a rainstorm in Florida once. It sucked because it was humid and the mosquitos were thick the next day. I'd say the best thing to do is probly if you go to a hotel go to the pool or sauna for the day and get ready for more stuff to do tomorrow.
For somthing to do , there is a place you can pick your own oranges straight from the tree. It's -i think- a little north of Orlando. But im not sure. But it's a huge orchard and you can even buy your own orange tree to take home and plant in your yard. When I went down there with my parents we got our own orange tree but it got too cold and it died.
Don't stay bored, there's so much to do down there !!! :)

Fun Spot, on I Drive. It's an arcade, and downstairs, it uses tokens, but the upstairs area is $5 all you can play classic video games. The Morse Museum in Winter Park. The Orlando Science Center. Orlando Museum of Art.

If you are near Disney World, STILL GO! The lines will be much shorter and there are plenty of indoor things. Or go to downtown disney and check out Disney Quest.

Or drive along I-Drive. PLENTY of things to do there. Go shopping. Check out a movie.
