I have felt that kind of pain...
Many times in my past...

The pain in 'that area" came first and then people noticed it came when they really hurt emotionally. All blood vessels pump blood in and out of your heart so it is the key to your existence (the brain also) and I feel heartache in my arms too. Your emotions can and do touch your nerve centers.

No...u don't feel the pain in ur heart...we say our heart is brokes when someone hurt our feelings.....we say "heart" b'coz it is the most important part of our body after brain.

Mind over matter......U associate the situation by saying u have a broken heart....hence u tend to feel "pain" in that area ....symptoms include ............

it's pscychosematic. You can bring on physical pain or illness with your mind. Just like people who can walk on hot coals and stuff, they can block out pain with their minds. Pretty weird huh?

I know what ya mean... It's like...really heavy, isn't it? And it usually tends to move down into your tummy ;| Not a good feeling.
