I'm friends with a guy and just resintly he called me and said his parents didn't want me to call him anymore. I felt really bad because he started to cry and then he hung up. does he still like me.?

I'm not sure for certain but I would assume so. I you are able to speak to them in a setting other than on the phone then I would just ask them. It is the best way to know, just ask him if he is mad at you or what is going on. Another method would be to call his parents and find out why they don't want you to call him. There could be any number of reasons and that would allow you to know why, and perhaps it is something that you could clear up with them.
