I thought the Flames were very strong early in the season. I am glad they are falling off because my Avalanche need it!
There are many tough teams in the West. Vancouver is on a tear. I think Minnesota is very strong right now. Any of the top 7 in the West could truly contend.

i'm thinking the flames passed around several boxes of kleenex on the way home last night,i'm glad the flames are taking a nosedive so the avs can sneak in! getting craig conroy back was supposed to help them but hasn't, the only bright spot recentley has been huselius. dallas should have morrow back on saturday so that bodes well for the stars

We got in penatly trouble early in the game, and you guys capitalized. The rest of the game was totally even, so I don't get how you think Dallas owned Calgary.
Out of the 4 games we've played, it's a split series this seasons so far.
For that Avs fan above, good luck. You guys are like 8 points behind us which roughly 10 games left. If we win 4 of the next 10 you guys are toast.

I sure hope so. Every loss means the Wild get that much stronger. Now all I need is for Vancouver to start to fall apart. The Minnesota Wild as the Northwest Champs. THAT WOULD RULE!
But yes, the Flames did cry all the way home. Their tears taste so good to me. Yum Yum

Calgary outplayed Dallas for most of the game.
Terrible officiating early got them in a jam that they couldn't get out of.

I'm an Avs fan, so the worse Calgary does, the happier I am.
Iginla carries that entire team on his shoulders.
Calgary sucks.
