Hello!
100???
Thats a lot!!!
Listen, why dont you calm down, ok??
Try to get to know each other better, and you will have to do a weekend based relationship,... a few phone calls during the week, and so on...
You could go one weekend, then the next one he visits you.
After 2 or 3 months, you will now what to do.
To move and change your life just like that its pretty difficult, basically you will be gambling with your life.
Good luck!

OK, so he's approx. an hour and a half away. That's a bit far but not impossible. While it's seems as though you both like each other you need to slow down abit with all the plans on who should move where. As you said, you just met. Why don't you get to know each other via e-mails and telephone calls for awhile and try to get together maybe once every two weeks to see if there is really a strong connection between you before you go any further.
Good luck and take it slow.

me and my FI live worlds apart. He lives in CA while I live in the Philippines. We've been having a long distance relationship for about 2 years now. He's only visited me once so far but we're getting married soon.
Let me tell you this, ldr is really tough, it requires an tremendous amount of effort from both parties and its just upto you guys how you deal with it. it's going to be your choice though. if you really want to be together then i'm sure you'll find ways to work it out. the good thing about ldr is that you'll learn to treasure your time together more and value each other than being close together.
hope this helps!

Yes. My boyfriend and I did the long distance thing for over 1 year, also I lived 300 miles away, but we still saw each other a lot. Trust me, it makes the relationship stronger and its not as bad as it seems.

with this many issues preventing you guys being together it seems like perhaps it isnt a good idea. but if you do pursue it just remember that long distance relationships fail if there isnt a time limit and a mutual destination. in other words if you date and say in 6 mons he'll move here, then you'll be fine but if you leave it open ended it wont work out. that's my experience at least.

You just met a man with a child and you are already considering moving in with him? Oh yeah sounds like a fabulous idea if you're wanting material for a country western song.

Take the time to learn about him and getting to know him. Be friends first, if more materializes, your hearts will guide you.
Until then.... he's just a guy.
