Why does every woman under 40 think every man wants them?

My co-workers, for example, always think men are trying to get with them even if they just glance their way or ask for the time. It just seems that younger women have inflated egos in regard to this even if they are not so cute.

On the other hand, it seems women over 40 start to loosen up and become the "chaser."

I think that's a pretty big generalization that isn't true. As a matter of fact, I'm 38 and I know its not true. There's nothing wrong with being confident anyhow. I however cannot represent a woman over 40 since I'm not over 40 yet. Either way, you should know generalize people anyhow. That's like saying all men under 40 are jerks.

(sorry if lame),men also by nature want a woman capable of healthy birth to their descendants, even when the conscious thought is not there... and only a desire for young attractive women seems to be in their minds ,so sometimes a woman ...senses that ... as in nature ; the female chooses who finally will have the right ...(humans sometimes try that a lot of times.. no matter the age) ,most of this activities happen before the woman can safely have kids ... usually before 40 years old so , in the meantime ... mother nature will give her the thought ; oh yeah everyone wants me ... thank goodness the next time i see 40 will b 140 as for being over 40 and chasing something not me some guy wants me he better get on his running shoes chasin a man to me is like a dog chasin a bumper shows ur desperate not secure in urself and probably wouldnt know what to do with it once u got it and yes im a raging heterosexual female single again but for some reason because i dont act like a sex starved idiot i respect myself females think im gay get real folks
