I hear it GTA IV, but doesn't it have a name, like San Andreas or Vice Stories? A title similiar to that.

it is going to be called Grand Theft Auto IV and the game will take place in tokyo or hong kong or sin city

It's going to be called GTA IV: St. Louis. LA, New York, etc. are tame compared to the mean streets of St. Louis, the most dangerous city in America.
Kidding aside, I don't think there's a sub-title. Just remember that GTA III didn't have a sub-title. It was the "sequels" to GTA III that had the sub-titles.
