America bashing: Maybe it's because he represents the new suffragist. Women and blacks were denied the right to vote and finally got it. Now it's Puerto Rico. How would you like to have no say in how the government "of the people, for the people, by the people" works?
Third person: It's his modus operandi. You think you'd have posted a question about him if he didn't? Everyone knows who you're talking about because he stands out. It's his signature.
