You can't do that, because then people could be copying windows operating system very easily. All you can do is get the computer recovery disk, and then install it on there, after the operating system is deleted on the other computer.

You just reinstall it. If you try copying the drive using some sort of disk imaging program, you'll have problems if the computers aren't exactly alike. The system will be unstable, if it works at all.
