Have you hear of Fatah al Islam training in Tripoli?

NY Times reports today that a radical Islamic group called Fatah al Islam is training in Tripoli, Lebanon. Their mission is to "punish America for its presence in the Islam world". To me this is proof positive that terrorists remain serious threat to America and that the US is acting in everyone's best interest in fighting terrorism. Your feedback please.

Tripoli is the second largest city in Lebanon.

I haven't heard the report but I don't doubt it. The intent of the Islamic extremest is not hidden or secret, they intend to take over the world in the name of Allah. They don't just want to punish the US for it's presence in their world they want to punish everyone who doesn't believe in their way of life.

Tripoli is not in Lebanon.
There are groups training all over.
For over 30 years they've hit at us and were basically ignored,over 5000 Americans dead.
Now,we hit back and we're the bad guys.
Some people want us to talk to them and pay blackmail to them,rather than fight.
We start that,the number of groups will multiply and we'll be paying every S.O.B. with a cap gun.
There will be no end to it.
