Why don the songs I've blocked keep coming back on?

I'm assuming you mean LAUNCHcast. You probably only blocked the song but if that song is on another album, best of, complitation or soundtrack, it would play it. You could just block the artist if you don't like the artist too much or just block the songs on the other albums it is on.
