Laptops don't hang(seldom), whereas desktops (often).There is no need of an UPS in case of power brake down. You can surf easily without wires. There is less or almost no wire. These are the upsides. The most notable downsides are the repair cost, slow net connections if you are using a NIC for net connection, and poor support in case of up-gradations like installing graphics or sound cards for gaming. If you are going for Dell XPS or Alienware laptops then these downsides can be avoided.

yes their is more speical facelities of laptop than pc today there is one laptop in which u can stand on it and it will not break and there is a laptop of apple in which if we will walk the wire of of the laptop is infront of us if we will walk the laptop will not fall down the the wire will come out so therefore laptop os better and we can carry laptop to different places but we cannot carry computer with us

Yes, of course. It can go on our laps unlike PC which are desktops. meaning it is portable. It is lightweight, sleek and manytime far more powerful (depending on config). There are some features like battery operation, usage when mobile (travelling etc) which are possible only with laptops.

not sure what your asking but laptop isa bit beter in the idea that it is mobile and light and runs at the same speed and has the same capabilaties as a desk top the downfall its a bit more of an anoinace when repeare is needed.

laptop has all facilities of a computer plus certain other facilities such as cordless printing, inbuilt modem, data extrction/transmission, etc.
and
you have the whole computer on your lap.
