about 8 - 10 days after ovulation, so about 3 weeks after the 1st day of your period. Some women, not all might get some spotting about a week b/f their period is do. this is the egg implanting it's self into the wall of the uterus.
I was really looking hard for it, but all I got was a little brownish yellow discharge one day that smelled like blood. I wouldn't had noticed it if Iwasn't being monitored w/ my ovulation.
Best of luck! If you don't get it, it doesn't mean that it didn't implant.

When the embryo is form and travels down the fallopian tubes, it will implant itself inside the womb. During this implantation, some bleeding may occur. This is usually mild and happens only on the first trimester. There should be no bleeding thereafter.
Any heavy bleeding or unstoppable spottings for weeks requires a serious check by gynae.
Congrats!

Implantation bleeding is when the fertilized egg burries itself into the lining of blood that builds up before you have your period. When you have your period you shed that lining. As the egg implants itself it displaces some blood which can cause some light spotting. Hence implantation bleeding. I did not have any implantation bleeding with my pregnancy so I can't say how heavy it normally is. Some people mistake implantation bleeding as having a lighter version of their period. Hope that helped a bit.

This term is sometimes used to refer to the bleeding that is caused by implantation of the fertilized ovum. As the embryo burrows into the uterine lining and attaches itself to the maternal circulatory system, some maternal blood is released.
I would consider this normal implantation bleeding unless you experience cramping, backache or increased bleeding. If you have an increase in symptoms report these to your doctor right away.

I believe it is slight bleeding at the site where the fertilized egg implanted itself into your uterus.

Its when the fertilized embryo attaches itself to the uteran wall. It causes a little bleeding when this happens. Sometimes its noticeable, and sometimes it isnt.
