Hey I read that sweet almond oil is a great eye make up remover. It is one of the secrets of European women. I found mine at GNC
Here is an excerpt from the article:
A Makeup Remover So Sweet French beauties treat their skin as delicately as a porcelain vase, especially around the eyes. Their secret to removing eye makeup while hydrating and keeping the eye area smooth? Sweet almond oil. That’s right, these gals use a dab of sweet almond oil on a pure-cotton ball to remove makeup around this delicate area.
Reminder: Having trouble finding almond oil or any of the other great exotic ingredients in this book? Just take a quick jaunt to your local natural foods store or global market. Most of these items are available in your own neighborhood.

Use baby oil on a cotton ball and try to rub off all of the mascara. You shouldn't use soap to get rid of it. Clean & Clear makes a really good cleanser that takes off ALL makeup, even waterproof mascara. You should try that.

sometimes it is easy to get if off by using baby oil, vasline or even a cream that is in liquid form.gently apply it on a ear bud, ans stroke in the opposite direction of the opplication,do not press too hard as it may affect the eye.and do not allow the cream to enter the eye as you may land up having much more to do rather than just handling water proof mascara

I use aveeno lotion. It works perfectly and won't burn your eyes like soap...Also, I saw a lot of answers recommending baby oil. It probably works, but if you are prone to break outs I wouldn't use it. Even though you would just be using it on your eyes and not your face...it's oily and you are bound to get some on your hands. It's hard to wash completely off, even with soap. The aveeno lotion is non comedogenic (won't clog your pores)
Good luck!

You should try to use body lotion that normally helps me.Use a cloth or cotton ball with lotion on it and wipe away.If that does not work use oil, but it's going to be really messy. If you have the bucks for an expensive makeup remover head on out to your makeup store good luck.

Eye makeup remover but why waste money on that when you could use baby oil that costs you $1 at Walgreens?
Olive and vegetable oil work too!

Well you have to use make-up remover for waterproof make-up. If not baby oil then wash with a cleanser, to get rid of the excess oil. Don't worry it works!!!
