i am a boy 21 years old , i am 185cm and only 60kG , how i can increase my weight .

You can try eating more, yes, but you have to work out alot also (like I do). You are blessed (and cursed) with a high metabolism.

Weight lifting is a great way to put on weight AND bulk. DO whats called "fatiguing", after you've lifted a certain weight for a week or so increase it by a factor of 25% or more. You will feel the "burn" once you increase, this is fatiguing. It sets the muscles up for more work, and more absorption.

Ive increased my weight by 25% with this method, and it isnt all stomach, either!

Just eating does not increase your weight.
You should make your body ask for more. That happens when you make it do work. If you do that your metabolism will work better. Then you will feel more hungry and want to eat more.

Go to a gym and start doing rigourous exercise. Alongside, go to a dietitian and get a good balanced diet. Do it properly and you will look seksiee in one or two years. And...dont go for quick gains. They dont last long. Nothing beats traditional exercise routines when in comes to developing a healthy physique.

Highly unusual for a guy to ask about gaining weight!

Depends on where you live... Do less exercise, and eat a lot.
If you have a little appetite only, try eating quickly; it helps.
and try going on diets without vegetables... and eat more meat.

Basically, eat most of meat, followed by any other carbohydrate-food(rice/noodles/bread), then vegetables.


And eat fats if you want to... Eat oily fried food. It'll help you gain weight very quickly.

Drink Ensure, which is a high calorie, high nutrition drink. and you'll put on weight, maybe not fast, but at least you will put it on. Try to drink it AFTER a high calorie meal, but any time will work. (you will take in more calories if you take it after a meal, because you will already be almost full) It comes in cans here in the states. WE use it to reverse weight loss in the elderly in nursing. Also in nursing we use Pediasure to increase weight of underweight toddlers. You could try that too. It comes in vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry flavors. You might like the taste of one over the other (Pediasure vs. Ensure). Good luck! :)

you cant its your metabolism you are always going to be skinny. Do you Know how many people would like to be skinny. Or maybe you should try the gym and get some muscles, with protein shakes and stuff. By the way you look like a friend of mine is your last name akhtar????

eat 6 meals a day.eat lots of fruits, vegetables, protein, carbs. Weight lifting will cause weight gain.

Workout and eat lots of cardo like rice,bread,pasta,sweet potatoes etc aslo eat protein so your diet should be 60%carbo 40%protein.Try nitro-tech you will bulk up believe me.

eat protein and dairy and make sure to do workouts to build up your muscle mass... dont eat lots of sugar and lots of bread unless you want to be fat... you might want to talk to someone like a nutritionist or your doctor because they would be able to give you the best advice... good luck
