if you take away there special powers they are the exact same character. so i choose scorpion. sub zeros freeze moves take too long to develope. you can counter them too easily. scorpions special moves are quick, with the exception of the spear. i only use the spear when i play someone who is no good at the game. so i like scorpion. good question though
