I have eaten it at TCBY(The Worlds Best Yogurt) and it tastes like ice cream.

I LOVE yogurt. I like to buy plain and then add fresh fruit. Imake sure I eat it when i am on anti biotics. I've been told that the love cultures help restore to the body what the anti-biotics take away....something to do with the stomach lining. Also, it can help with "women" problems.

I buy it. But I buy the healthier stuff. I actually prefer plain yogurt. It's a good source of calcium and has properties to aid in female health (prevents yeast infections).
