My coworkers sister was killed in the 2nd tower that fell. I also had two friends that were in the city near by that day as well. One was at a near by building and the other was a police officer (NYPD) on duty.

I don't know anyone personally, though it will never leave my mind seeing it for the first time on TV, I just couldn't believe it was real. I got to have a sleep in that day and my wife woke me up to tell me the first plane hit, I said it must have been a movie preview and went back to sleep thinking nothing of it.
When she came back and said the second one hit I decided to drag myself up and have a look. When I saw it for myself I thought it was a movie preview cause there's no way that could happen in real life.
Boy was I wrong that morning, the world changed forever.

I know someone that worked in the towers, but they were out of town during 9/11...Thank God.......

Really! That's why I don't fly anymore...it's too darn expensive! I don't know anyone directly linked, but we all suffered indirectly.
