Depends on what u r trying to do but i would advise that u go with just being yourself at first and them pull out the cleavage if u need an extra boost.

I like to sometimes think so, if not then just show a bit of leg - most girls don like to admit it though. The one's who are too ugly can't do it so get angry and stuff.

It is very dependent on the person that you are dealing with.
